Talking about triggers and stressful situations can be intimidating, I get it. Symptoms of anxiety can stem from all sorts of life experiences; life changes, trauma/abuse, relationship/family stress and so much more. I will meet you where you are at.

Create a safe place for you to express yourself and share your feelings, as well as create realistic action steps and behavior changes to help improve your mood. Talking about your experiences is just one piece of the puzzle.
I specialize in working with people who:
Experience general and social anxiety, as well as OCD. These symptoms can be debilitating. I have worked with kids, adolescence and adults who have been able to significantly reduce symptoms of anxiety from learning skills and facing their fears.
