Something to know about my approach is:

I work from a Cognitive Behavioral approach to identify triggers, cognitive distortions, and outcomes. We then work to shift thought processes and behaviors. I also work with trauma to provide EMDR and help individuals process and heal from traumas.

Together, we will:

Identify what has been impacting you, as well as identify past events or issues that contribute to difficulties. We will work together to create a plan and move forward in order to process and heal.

I specialize in working with people who:

Have difficulties with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and also individuals who have experienced trauma or struggle with PTSD.
