It is tailored to your needs and how you best operate. Sometimes you need a good listener, or a good cry, sometimes we savor positive moments, we set goals and address barriers, and sometimes you are learning a skill and practicing it in session.

Come from a background of childhood trauma related to abuse, neglect, and/or unstable and unsupportive foundational environments. I also notice I get along well with creative individuals that process best through visual means.

My experience spans diverse settings serving high-risk populations in crisis throughout Pinellas County since 2018. When I'm not working with clients, you can find me exploring the arts, enjoying nature, or finding stillness in a busy world.
