I specialize in working with people who:
are young adults struggling with anxiety, hurtful relationships, trauma, or living their authentic identity. These might show up as hypervigilance, avoidance, troubling setting and maintaining boundaries, insecurity, or low self-esteem, among others.

I was gifted with life experience that deepened my knowledge & empathy. Now I can create spaces for people to be real, rediscover hope, & feel peace.

I also offer life coaching sessions for teens and young adults (14-26) who are struggling with time management, organization, securing a first job, and navigating big life transitions (e.g., starting high school/college, changing social roles, etc.).
