I typically cater my approach on a case-by-case basis because I like to meet my clients where they're at and decide collaboratively where to go. So, whether we are unpacking trauma through memes or sitting in silence, we go at your pace!

Together, we will:

Explore patterns, uncover trauma, discuss annoying family members, talk about attachment, wonder why dating is so aggravating, complain about things, and find coping skills to help you deal with all the difficult people and situations in your life.

I specialize in working with people who:

want to unpack trauma, struggle with substance abuse, or are going through major life transitions. But sometimes even the little transitions that can occur every day (like getting out of bed) are difficult and we need to talk about them too.

I became a therapist because:

I have always been the "therapist" friend, so it made sense. I also enjoy listening to people's stories and supporting them through difficult times.
