I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering trauma-informed therapy for teens and adults. My integrative approach emphasizes nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and strengths-based support helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions with clarity and confidence.

Together, we will create a safe, supportive space to gently understand your nervous system, build regulation skills, and help all the pieces of your life begin to fit with more ease and clarity.

I specialize in working with people who have spent years caring for others, navigating complex family dynamics, or holding everything together and are now realizing they need care too.

I became a therapist because I’ve seen how deeply people can struggle in silence and how powerful it is when someone finally feels seen, understood, and not alone. I believe healing happens when we are given space to gently understand ourselves, one piece at a time.
