My work is trauma-informed and incorporates creative and embodied techniques that draw on your inner resources and heal your nervous system. I use virtual sandtray and creative options in ways that require no art skills to benefit.

are college students/in early adulthood, struggling to find their path while feeling weighed down by symptoms like depression. I especially love helping people heal from toxic childhood relationships like emotional neglect/abuse.

My recovery from toxic family dynamics started in college. I discovered how good healing feels, and now love helping others experience that, too!
