My clients describe me as:

I am a feminist and queer affirming therapist. I work mostly with women and the LGBT+ community. My approach is empowering and supportive.

Something to know about my approach is:

I am not a listen and nod therapist. Many of my clients come to me because I offer feedback and analysis. If you're nervous about starting therapy because you don't know what to say, I got you. You won't be the only one talking.

I specialize in working with people who:

My average client is a woman, trans or non-binary person, and/or a member of the LGBT community. I also work with many people of color. I identify as a bisexual Latina woman. Common issues include anxiety, low self esteem, and relational issues.

More about me and my practice:

Since graduating with a Master of Social Work in 2010, I have provided services to clients in a variety of settings including inpatient, detox, residential, outpatient, and crisis services. I now am full time in private practice.
