I specialize in anxiety management, depression, OCD and self-esteem issues. I do NOT provide cookie cutter treatment and tailor each treatment plan very carefully to each patient as an individual.

I became a therapist because:

I am a former Navy Diver and my wife is a Psychologist. Together we started a group practice because we love to help people.
