I focus on what you want to work on and what you’re ready for. You’re free to come as you are and we’ll go at your pace. I combine aspects of different types of therapies based on your needs.

Explore your past, present, and future. We will work towards inner peace. We will work to increase insight, process thoughts and feelings, heal wounds, see things in a different light, and develop healthier skills.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with complicated situations: complex trauma/unresolved childhood wounds, adult adoptees, AAPI, survivors of narcissistic abuse, perfectionists/high achievers, men moving away from toxic masculinity, etc. I don’t shy away from a challenge.

I became a therapist because:

I know what it’s like to have an ineffective therapist. I want to do my part in creating a better society by helping who I can, when I can.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I only offer telehealth right now. You’ll probably meet at least one of my cats at some point (I have two).
