I specialize in working with individuals who may be struggling with depression, anxiety or trauma. During our initial appointment, we will dig deep into the many areas and collaborate a creative plan to addressing them to help you get your life back.

I became a therapist because:

I am a healed healer which led me on a journey of helping others get back to their life and live in wholeness

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I utilize EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), two well know trauma techniques that can help.
