Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm Central Time; occasional Saturdays and later on weeknights.
My clients describe me as:
Authentic, energetic, thoughtful, committed to your change.
Something to know about my approach is:
I utilize REBT/CBT to help clients hone in core belief systems formulated mostly in childhood, so we can challenge beliefs that no longer serve us and shit out emotional output.
Together, we will:
Improve self-esteem, overall self-efficacy, help with codependency /people-pleasing tendencies, attachment styles, boundaries, communication, reframing negative beliefs.
I specialize in working with people who:
Struggle with low self-esteem, struggle to self-sooth and reparent, exhibit poor impulse control, difficulty with self-regulating emotions.
I became a therapist because:
I love teaching people what I know that works, seeing improvements in building autonomy to live better lives.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I work in multiple states, on all time zones. Often times I am flexible to accommodate a Saturday or evening appointment.
