My clients describe me as:
Real, honest, and accepting. Hopefully fun too!
Something to know about my approach is:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is my jam. It's an evidence-based approach that has been shown to be effective for a multitude of struggles, including anxiety, depression, and life adjustments.
Together, we will:
Explore current challenges in your life, including difficult thoughts and feelings that show up often, and figure out new ways to manage them using proven skills and tools. We will also explore your values- what is important to you?
I specialize in working with people who:
Are young adults facing a big change in their life- graduating, a breakup, a loss, or simply "adulting"- and are feeling confused, anxious, and overwhelmed.
I became a therapist because:
I wanted to be the therapist I never had as a teenager and young adult. I truly enjoy helping others gain clarity and regain hope.
More about me and my practice:
I know how difficult it can be to start therapy, yet it is so incredibly worth it. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations so we can get to know each other.
