I use cognitive behavioral therapy to uncover negative patterns of thinking and create more confidence in one's own abilities. Interpersonal therapy is also used to help clients center themself in the present moment.
Together, we will:
discuss life stressors, relationships, family history, moments of resilience, coping strategies, and how you want to grow in your life.
I specialize in working with people who:
are in college, young adults, people going through difficult life transitions (become parents, changing careers, moving away from family, etc.), and anyone who wants to build on their strengths and feel empowered.
I became a therapist because:
I believe that mental healthcare should be accessible to all people, and I aim to increase that accessibility.
