I work with children ages 4-11 dealing with grief, big changes such as divorce or a move, Autism, anxiety, and more. I work with adults of any age who are struggling with grief, significant life transitions, or self-esteem issues.

I was lucky to have a therapist who had a huge impact on my life, and my goal is to give that back to others.

When working with kids, I incorporate regular parent consultations to give you a space to express any concerns you may have and problem solve together for possible solutions.
