I am person centered and have an eclectic approach to therapy. Mindfulness, CBT, REBT, and EFT are a few of the techniques that I use in therapy. I like to give homework when applicable.

I became a therapist because:

I love helping others. Since I was a little girl my Aunt used to tell me that I should be a therapist. Now I am.

Professional and confidential treatment. I take VA insurance plans only. All other states are Private Pay. You may be able to submit your invoice to your insurance company to recoup some of the expense. Please ask my Office Administrator for details.
