Something to know about my approach is:

I don't believe staying on the surface does anyone any good. We will dive into stuff that you may have been trying to push down for years, in a way that isn't re-traumatizing. You will learn things about yourself that you never knew was there!

Most of us have experienced some level of trauma (sexual, relational, emotionally unavailable parents, etc). Processing it will help your body relax, increase your ability to trust yourself again, and find groundedness and purpose in life.

I specialize in working with people who:

Feel disconnected in their relationships, feel overwhelming anxiety, are stressed and burned out, have lost motivation in life. Women who have lost themselves by trying to be eveything to everyone else. Cups are empty and it's time for a change.

I became a therapist because:

Because I think women deserve better. We have been sold a lie that we're supposed to meet unrealistic standards and I believe life can be so much more

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I love my office! It's super cozy, we always have coffee and snacks, and I'm super flexible on switching to telehealth for days you can't make it in.

More about me and my practice:

I probably don't fit in the category of "typical" therapist. I might take my shoes off and drink a coffee with you. I believe in being my most authentic self in therapy, because I'm human and trying to navigate the same world you are.
