I specialize in working with people who feel overwhelmed by the changing world around them. I help my clients find new grounding, hope, and healing. I also help my clients understand their triggers and learn new coping skills.

I became a therapist because:

Becoming a therapist is rooted in the loss of my mother at the age of 10. Walking the path of healing has left an indelible passion for helping others

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer teletherapy, which provides you with the safety of being in your own home. My remote office is calm, peaceful, private, and eclectic.

Taking that first step in seeking guidance, can be scary. I know how difficult it can be to start therapy, and how important it is to find the right fit in a therapist. I offer a complementary 15-minute session so we can get to know each other.
