OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
My clients describe me as:
A down to earth person who also happens to be a therapist. I like to invest in genuine, real relationships with my clients to support their needs.
Something to know about my approach is:
I am practiced in several targeted therapies that meet the needs of women in transition including mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. I work from a place of radical genuineness to help you navigate your own life transitions.
Together, we will:
Work on helping you learn how to manage your personal stressors while maintaining authenticity and calm. The varied and changing roles of women can make life challenging, but with focus, feminism, and self-knowledge you can more easily find your way.
I specialize in working with people who:
Are women, in their 20s - 40s, dealing with life transitions, including but not limited to relationship changes, grief and loss, adulting, and parenting.
I became a therapist because:
I know what it's like to need support, and how valuable it is to receive the right kind of support. I cherish the opportunity to help others.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My licensure allows me to serve clients in Georgia and New York, and I offer online sessions so you can easily access therapy.
More about me and my practice:
Looking back at the clients I have served over the years, I have found something about each one of them that I admire. I love meeting my clients where they are and seeing how I can support their walk through life with radical genuineness.
