I work with a broad age range & diverse populations including adults and elders. I have a plethora of specialized training in cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, holistic therapy, & others.

process traumas; organize & achieve personal goals; apply coping strategies for various diagnoses; make life adjustments; & address families' & couples' concerns.
I specialize in working with people who:
are traumatized, abused, have interpersonal marital/couples' conflict, have family concerns, suffer with anxieties, have adjustment issues & employment concerns; need forensic evals; need substance abuse evals; & other mental health needs.
I became a therapist because:
of observing people suffering with prolonged sadness, marital/family problems, and social & emotional concerns & wanted them to live better lives..
