Sunday-Thursday (10am-8pm). In-person & Virtual. I work at 2 locations: Canton and Sandy Springs
My clients describe me as:
someone that is knowledgeable, greatly committed to their care and concerns, fun, inquisitive, and easy to open up to about problems and interests.
Something to know about my approach is:
A mix of talk therapy, art therapy, geek therapy, walk-and-talk therapy, narrative therapy, VR therapy and psychoeducation. I provide not only trauma informed care, but social justice informed care for the BIPOC and the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
Together, we will:
Find solutions to what in your life has become stressful, unmotivating and what's not allowing you to accept yourself or have more confidence and a greater self-compassionate self-image. Together we'll navigate uncertainty and hold space for healing.
I specialize in working with people who:
are ready and open to learn and change as well as receive feedback into what is not working or even aspects of self-sabotage. Those who are committed to changing the status-quo and want to work towards a satisfactory life that's worth living to them
I became a therapist because:
Not everyone has a person that can be non-judgmental, a mentor, and a safe space to explore the "how and why" of themselves so I aim to be that.
