I help clients feel safe within their bodies and quiet their minds by focusing on intentional breathing, actually feeling emotions, connecting to their inner child, and using the connection as a guide to inner healing not external.

Discuss anything from interpersonal relationships, relationship with self, work stress, past trauma, life goals, transition, goal setting, and whatever else is on your heart. I also encourage clients to discuss their body's responses to such convos.
