I want to help you decide what is right for you rather than what is “normal”. Session is a place where you can learn to contain intense feelings, be seen and your story witnessed, and develop a rich sense of self and personal agency.

I specialize in working with women 25 years-old and older who struggle with sexual and relationship trauma, attachment, abandonment, self-worth, self-esteem, limiting beliefs, communication, and anxiety/perfectionism.
