I deeply believe that you are the expert of your lived experiences. I take a collaborative approach, working with clients to develop their treatment plan and work at their pace. Safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship is paramount.

We spend our first few sessions getting to know one another, building the therapeutic relationship, and building coping skills. Once you’re comfortable, we will dig deeper into presenting concerns while staying within your window of tolerance.
