I am creative in how I approach each client. I am warm, open-minded, encouraging, and affirming, but I will always challenge you.
I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques to help you overcome your challenges and achieve your goals. I’m accepting of challenges, ready to think up new ways to help you grow.
My goal is to not only challenge you and give you the safe space to heal, but to also provide you with the necessary support, tools, and therapeutic education to move from surviving to thriving.
I have much experience with suicidal ideations, non-suicidal self-injury, low self-esteem, low motivation, and school avoidance. I also specialize in emotional regulation, distress tolerance and behavior modification for ages 6-9.
I have wanted to be a therapist since I was 12 years old after entering into therapy for my own trauma.
I offer in home therapy, I will travel to my client's homes within 30 miles of 30122. I offer, weekday, weekend, and evenings.
