I am committed to the mental health and general wellness of Black men. This approach, along with my formal training and lived experience, arms me with the ability to meet Black men where they are and help navigate them toward their desired goals.

I ask clients, “if you had a magic wand how would you use it to change your life?” Responses highlight the gap between what men want and what they have. I help you navigate this gap by identifying/addressing barriers to creating the life you want.

I acknowledge the uniqueness/diversity of Black men’s experiences, and have a cultural awareness and understanding of Black men's mental health needs.
