About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Authentic, creative, and connected with good amounts of laughter. I remember everything clients say, allowing me to see bigger patterns and cycles.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I created the YELR program, which consists of 5 sessions of assessment, a personal retreat with the YELR Workbook, and a follow-up session where we make sense of what occurred. I am currently limiting slots to BIPOC people and healthcare providers.

  • Together, we will:

Help you regain mental clarity, emotional capacity, and physical energy and have a clear and specific vision of a life that is meaningful, authentic, and content. Afterward, you can join an ongoing therapy group. More details are at Dr-dug.com/YELR

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Have always been deep thinkers. My clients are very insightful and put a lot of work into their mental health, but have begun struggling with fatigue and are no longer clear about what they are doing or why.

  • I became a therapist because:

I have always wanted to improve lives. I started volunteering when I was 12 and know that my purpose is to help others.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My non-living living wall that I created in my office that is also behind me during telehealth sessions. My office is filled with my art work.

  • More about me and my practice:

The YELR program is quite unique. It is a short-term treatment, but not a quick-fix. It gives clients what they need in order to grab life and charge forward, instead of just treading water. My focus is on self-empowerment.
