About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Authentic, creative, and connected with good amounts of laughter. I see bigger patterns and cycles and truly appreciate collaboration.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I provide E-Coaching via email to BIPOC women. E-Coaching allows you to reach out to me WHEN you need guidance and support and gives you time to think before answering questions - I will respond in less than 24 hours Mon-Fri.

  • Together, we will:

Navigate the challenges that impact your interactions and relationships. Move toward your authentic self with clarity of mind and belief in yourself - and at the same time, effectively communicate, connect, self-advocate, and move forward.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

BIPOC women struggling with the concurrent and opposing expectations at home, work, and society. My extremely busy and overwhelmed clients love email format because there are NO appointments, NO virtual meetings, and FREQUENT contact and support.

  • I became a therapist because:

I have always wanted to improve lives. I started volunteering when I was 12 and knew that my purpose was to help others.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I have a non-living living wall that I created that is also behind me during videos; the rest of my office is filled with my art work.

  • More about me and my practice:

E-Coaching is very different from therapy. It does not treat mental health disorders; rather, it focused on your life satisfaction and performance and we develop actionable steps to move you toward your preferred life.
