I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my work with clients. We talk of feelings, which are neither right or wrong, and we then decide what actions you want to take. I will then give you tools to get to those goals.

In my work with the grieving process, it is important for me to allow the client to grieve in their way, in their time. I enjoy working with substance users & really gain fulfillment in helping them achieve their sobriety goals.
