OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
My clients describe me as:
An affirming, anti-oppressive, and sex positive therapist for the queer community.
Something to know about my approach is:
I am a queer, sex-positive counselor with 15+ years of experience. I specialize in evidence-based mental health care for issues (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma) that especially impact LGBTQIA2S+ people.
Together, we will:
Navigate mental health concerns, hear and affirm your truth, and curate the relationships you desire.
I specialize in working with people who:
Are struggling with relationships. How are your relationships? Do you trade authenticity for acceptance? Or find yourself betraying your own needs, emotions, and desires to gain love or approval from others? Do you free in your relationships?
I became a therapist because:
Because, as a queer adolescent and adult, I had a hard time navigating relationships in a heteronormative culture.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My bookshelf. If you like to read, I have a lot of recommendations! All About Love, Attached, and Untamed are a few of my current favorites.
More about me and my practice:
This is a super small private practice. I usually see 2-3 clients a day. And it is the best part of my day.
