My clients describe me as:

non-judgmental. I often say "all behavior makes sense in context." There were ways you adapted to survive, and there are ways you can now thrive!

Something to know about my approach is:

I will absolutely meet you where you're at. Small steps, over time, equal big progress. If you want to work hard over a short time, slowly over a long time, or somewhere in between, I will be there to help you meet your goals. I have a big toolbox!

Together, we will:

Put simply: We will work together to understand why you do the things you don't want to do and change them so you feel calm, content, and, probably for the first time in your life, the age you really are--not older or younger.

I specialize in working with people who:

are therapists themselves; are trauma survivors; are gifted, highly sensitive, and/or neurodivergent; and know why they do things but can't figure out how to change them. I have a sub-speciality in religious/cultic/spiritual trauma.

I became a therapist because:

I had good, life-saving therapy as a teenager (and in the years since). Knowing what a difference one person can make in a life is why I do this work.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My practice is 100% telehealth, so you can be wherever you want so long as you're physically in a state where I'm licensed. Get comfy and let's work!
