    Authentic, a non-traditional therapist. I am a very down to earth, relatable, millennial therapist. I am very in tune with current culture.

    I use a combination of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-focused approaches. I am currently under the clinical supervision of Renet'e Washington, LPC.

    I want to be provide space particular for BIPOC to feel safe and have someone to talk to that looks like them and understands the Black experience.

    Our therapy space is peaceful and inviting. It is in a discreet location and does not have a "therapy office" sign on the building.

    I am apart of the LGBTQ+ community and have lived experience being Black, female, and Queer.
