Identify the distorted thoughts that trigger your anxiety. Develop healthy coping strategies to help manage depression. Process underlying trauma to unburden your mind and body. Challenge distorted thinking and replace it with loving beliefs.

I specialize in working with people who:

Struggle with Depression, Anxiety and Trauma, especially sexual abuse. I provide a safe space where you can explore the painful effects of your history and examine how it effects your current relationships and functioning.
