I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy. This therapy helps us look at how your thoughts and feelings are impacting your life and how they may be keeping you feeling stuck. I also use other techniques when needed to provide the best treatment.

I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and/or who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have extensive experience working with children/adolescents and their families.
I became a therapist because:
I believe no one should have to hurt alone and became a therapist to be there for those who may not have support or may be feeling lost.

We provide therapy no matter an individual's race, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, nationality, ability level, etc. All are welcome.
