We are a team, healing looks different for everyone and if what we start with isn't working for you, then we can figure that out together! Diversity, equity, and social justice are values that are very important to me as a clinician as well!

Together, we will:

learn healthy mindfulness/grounding/coping skills, figure out why you can't sleep at night, learn how to set boundaries, and learn how to trust yourself and your emotions.
