Provides therapy in Georgia

About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

I am creative in my approach. I am warm, nonjudgmental, affirming, but I will challenge you to grow.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

You want to be seen, heard, and accepted for who you are. Therapy should be individualized but my core approaches include person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, and reality therapy. Together we can find the right approach for you.

  • Together, we will:

My goal is to provide a warm and welcoming environment where you feel safe to be challenged but more importantly to heal. I aim to provide you with evidence-based skills and offer support to help you go from surviving to thriving.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

I have experience working with suicidal ideations, self-harm, self-esteem, ADHD, and working with many child issues. I work with clients as young as age 5.

  • I became a therapist because:

I have wanted to be a therapist since I was a teenager and there was no therapist available like me. I aim to be the therapist that I once needed.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I practice at multiple locations so that you do not need to travel as far. I also offer weekday, evening, and some Saturday appointments.
