About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Clients often say I'm genuine, caring, honest but kind, and they feel heard. I work to earn clients' trust and let them know what I'm thinking.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I help people make sense of their lives and relationships. I build my approach around the client's strengths, and I like to focus more on the solution than the problem.

  • Together, we will:

None of us are born with relationship skills and yet we're all dealing with many different relationships on a daily basis. Together in therapy, we can work on strategies, coping skills, and peace of mind.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with adults (18+) for individual therapy, couples therapy, relationship therapy (non-romantic pairs), and individual couples therapy because sometimes both partners can't be present.

  • I became a therapist because:

I wanted to be of service in helping others. I went back to school after marriage and motherhood so I bring lots of life experience to sessions.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am exclusively online with anytime scheduling available on my website.

  • More about me and my practice:

Once you decide to start therapy, it can be challenging to find a therapist that's the right fit. Usually, within the first three sessions, you'll know. So, whether I’m the therapist for you or not, it is important to find a therapist that fits.
