As a Marine Corps veteran, father to neurodiverse children, and someone who’s faced systemic barriers, I bring lived experience and deep empathy to my work as a therapist. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed, grounded in nervous system safety, emotional regulation, and authentic growth.
