As a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Reiki Master, I use Holistic techniques to assist in finding the balance between the MIND, BODY and SPIRIT! I also emphasize your strengths so that we can use what is working in your life to assist in what is not.

Use journaling, energy balancing, positive visualization, mindfulness and other approaches to emphasize the importance of individuals understanding that any difficulties experienced in life will ultimately promote and foster growth in oneself.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with adolescents/adults on past trauma, anxiety, post-traumatic stress and depression. I work with couples/families to remove any ongoing barriers and assist with fostering ongoing healthy communication with all members of the family.
