About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Clients tell me they feel my compassion and empathy, and like that I'm honest and real. My style is creative, intentional, and flexible.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

My specialty is helping you find hope and empowerment in the middle of life’s worst. My approach is tailored to you, to help you understand, heal and grow. In our work together, we’ll often use EMDR to lessen the negative impact of past events.

  • Together, we will:

Living with troubling thoughts that won't go away, feeling overwhelmed by them, and suffering fear, shame and guilt has become the norm. I'm here to join with you, to hold hope and help you find it. You're not alone.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

I work with adults in all walks of life and provide therapy for therapists. I am open to all faiths (or none at all) and integrate Christian beliefs for those who would like Christian counseling.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Animal assisted therapy (non-shedding poodle). I offer online therapy across GA & have two office locations convenient to Atlanta & northern suburbs.

  • More about me and my practice:

I love people and learning new things! During COVID-19, I offer telehealth appointments and outdoor sessions at my office locations. Contact me for more information. 404-994-1034 or [email protected]
