My primary approach when working with individuals is based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My approach with couples is primarily Emotionally Focused Therapy. Mindfulness, acceptance, compassion and attachment are major themes in my work.

Figure out who and/or what is important to you and equip you with the skills to do what matters to you. You will learn how to live a meaningful life and have strong, loving relationships regardless of the stuff Life throws your way.
I became a therapist because:
I want to be for others the person that I needed during difficult times in my life.

The beauty of telehealth is that I can be wherever is most convenient for you. All we need is a private place where you feel safe.

When I am not working, I enjoy all things that involve good food, friends, family and self-care. I am the proud co-parent of a teenage English Cocker Spaniel and spend a good deal of time spoiling her.
