About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Caring, Kind, open, and real. By working with me clients have expressed finding underlying issues they never thought were problems before.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

Everyone has the ability to heal within them and I help guide you to your inner healing. I am not your traditional talk therapist. I work utilize many somatic and brain-body modalities to help increase awareness and healing from within.

  • Together, we will:

Work to explore your trauma, anxiety, and stressors to uncover underlying problems. Most trauma and stress are related to past trauma. We may explore past childhood trauma, anxiety, triggers and work towards doing inner child work to repair and heal.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

are women who often put their needs aside for others, difficulty with others respecting them, have negative self-talk, and lacks confidence in their decisions but want to regain their boundaries, confidence, and self-care.

  • I became a therapist because:

I saw women who looked like me that had common stories tied to childhood trauma, invalidated feelings, and generational trauma.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I currently offer virtual therapy only until April of 2021.
