Anuhea became a therapist because she's experienced and witnesses systems of oppression and colonization cause BIPOC minorities to suffer and be ill.

Anuhea began studying psychology in 2003 and working in the mental health field in 2009. Her experience is working with adolescents and adults in educational and clinical settings. She became a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in February 2023.
