I specialize in working with people who:

are navigating trauma, facing life transitions, or seeking personal growth. I have also worked with clients who suffer from a wide range of mental health diagnoses such as substance use, grief, anxiety, and depression.

I became a therapist because:

I love listening to and exploring the inner subjective worlds of other people. Everybody has a story to tell and each story is important.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

that I offer telehealth services, so if you do not have to leave the privacy of your own home.
