I'm offer pro bono session through my internship program! My approach is to give you the space to authentically process through your struggles. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my job is to walk beside you in a non-judgmental way.

We will look at all of the relationships in your life and how they connect with the struggles you are facing now. We will tap into the parts of yourself that have been ignored, and work together to help achieve balance in your life.

I specialize in working with people who:

I love working with women, young adults and teenagers. I am particularly drawn to individuals struggling with trauma, life transitions, depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, parenting, spirituality, grief.

I became a therapist because:

I have seen the power of counseling in my own life and in the lives of others, and it is one of the greatest honors of my life to offer it to others.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I have the opportunity to offer pro bono counseling as an intern. Counseling can be expensive, and I’m excited to give you support for no cost.
