I am located in a wellness center next to two beautiful parks and the greenbelt where we can bring in nature through walking sessions if you like.

My chosen purpose is to spend my energy & time bringing more compassion, connection, kindness, healing & authenticity into the world. My goal in life is to impact individuals, my community, and the environment in a positive way by doing this.
