I am currently accepting new clients.
My clients describe me as:
a knowledgeable, compassionate, and sincere person who cares deeply about others.
Something to know about my approach is:
I take a compassionate, experiential, & neuroscience informed approach to target the natural tendencies of the brain that often underly our suffering. Learning more useful ways we can be with & utilize our brains capacity to heal.
Together, we will:
learn more about our brains tendencies, the impacts on our lives, and ways we can influence them for our benefit.
I specialize in working with people who:
Are going through difficult life transitions, who are struggling in their daily life, who feel lost and want to learn more about themselves and their purpose in life, who are interested in living a more joyful and meaningful life.
I became a therapist because:
I wanted to help people see themselves & the world in a more useful way. To guide them to their inherent worthiness & value & possibilities.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I am located in a wellness center next to two beautiful parks and the greenbelt where we can bring in nature through walking sessions if you like.
More about me and my practice:
My chosen purpose is to spend my energy & time bringing more compassion, connection, kindness, healing & authenticity into the world. My goal in life is to impact individuals, my community, and the environment in a positive way by doing this.
