Ryan Ettner

I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, shame, or guilt by providing a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space to heal and grow.

With a collaborative and empathetic approach, I walk beside you as you reconnect with your inner strength. I use an integrative approach that incorporates Mindfulness, Meditation, CBT skills, DBT skills and Psychotherapy to support with healing and improved emotional regulation. I work with children ages 5 and up as well. I utilize play therapy.

Approachable, respectfult, open-minded and down to earth. With more than a decade of experience in both mental health and medical environments. Many of my clients share that they experience increased confidence, improved emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of peace.
