I specialize in working with people who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected on the inside—often due to relationship trauma, betrayal, or long-standing patterns that no longer serve them.

I became a therapist because I wanted to do work that helps people move out of survival mode and into lives that feel more grounded, intentional, and fulfilling.

I provide telehealth therapy for adult individuals in Idaho who are navigating anxiety, relationship stress, betrayal trauma, and major life transitions. My work is thoughtful, structured, and relational, blending insight with practical tools clients can apply in daily life. I value consistency, emotional safety, and collaboration in the therapeutic process.
