I specialize in relationships, including the one you have with yourself. I work with couples and individuals of all orientations on relational challenges. Relationships suffer when you’ve lost connection with yourself. This can result in feeling confined and detached from others and from the life you want. Therapy offers a path towards reconnection.

Our work depends on your therapeutic goals, but broadly I seek to understand how your present life is impacted by your previous relationships and experiences. Understanding these early influences and how they are impacting you today, while getting in touch with your present needs and feelings, can lead you to a more fulfilled and authentic life.

My clients describe me as attuned, calm, warm, empathic and thoughtful. I offer a collaborative, safe, and empathic space to discover and remedy what is blocking you from the life you want.

I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community on relationship issues, including the relationship with self. I work with individuals and couples who are questioning their romantic relationship(s), going through a break-up or facing challenges related to new relationships.

After nearly 20 years working in the corporate world, I changed careers and became a therapist because I strongly believe in the power of therapy to change people's lives. Put simply I believe that therapy works and I want to help others.

Psychoanalytic and psychodynamic theory underpin my work with clients. I actively explore current relational dynamics through the lens of attachment and childhood experiences. We all have patterns and I have found that uncovering them, making sense of them, and allowing yourself to feel leads to relief and lasting change.
