Therapy can be a mysterious space to enter with many preconceived notions of what it will entail. However, I believe reaching out for this kind of support is the first step to a wealth of growth, healing, and connection. As my client, you can expect that I will be inquisitive, open, and committed to creating a safe therapeutic environment.

We will focus on the wishes, motivations, and feelings that you may not feel comfortable sharing in everyday life. I view therapy as a playground of sorts, where you can use our time together as a means to feel more empowered and to explore.
