My goal is to create a non-judgmental, safe space for all of my clients to feel comfortable processing whatever personal concern they choose.

I have a commitment to using a strength-based and empowerment approach in helping my clients meet their goals. I use techniques that assist clients in challenging and reframing negative thought patterns, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Work to identify unique, individual goals. I believe individuals are experts on themselves and their unique life experience. I see my role as walking alongside you in order to uncover the opportunity for positive change.
I specialize in working with people who:
are navigating a life transition or who have an anxiety disorder including; OCD, hoarding, generalized and social anxiety. I specialize in education and implementation of coping strategies.
I became a therapist because:
working with people is my passion. I believe in the benefit of having a place to go where someone can hold your space and be a support.

As apart of a practice, if there is ever a need for additional support or a better fit there are options to get set up with other therapists.
